Create a campaign
Navigate to Campaigns → Create Campaign to open the campaign wizard.Step 1: Template
Select your email template:- Single email — Choose an existing email from your conversations
- A/B test — Add multiple variants and set test percentage. After the test period, the winner sends to remaining recipients
Step 2: Campaign details
- Campaign name — Internal reference name
- Subject line — Keep under 50 characters for mobile
- Preheader text — Preview text shown after subject
- Template variables — Set default values for dynamic placeholders. Variables from subscriber data resolve automatically
Step 3: Recipients
- Segment — Target a filtered group of subscribers
- Tag — Send to all subscribers with a specific tag
Step 4: Sender settings
- Provider — Migma, Amazon SES, Resend, SendGrid, or Mailgun
- Sending domain — Choose a verified domain with health indicators
- From name & email — Sender information recipients see
- Reply-to — Where replies are sent
- UTM tracking — Override default UTM parameters
Step 5: Send time
- Send immediately — Delivers after confirmation
- Schedule for later — Set date, time, and timezone. Cancel or send early from scheduled status

Verify:- Subject line and preheader
- Template variables resolve correctly
- Links and images work
- Mobile rendering
- Recipient count
